Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We have 20 active minded kindergarten students. These children are taught to work independently as well as cooperatively. In kindergarten, students learn social and academic skills that prepare them for life.
It is important to develop a love for learning, at a young age, that will persevere throughout a child's lifetime.
Your donation will significantly help facilitate this process. We have an extremely well-behaved class, with a focus on a positive classroom environment, therefore, they are a very deserving group! The Califone NeoTech Headphones will accommodate our growing class enrollment, as will the Fiskars Pointed Tip Kids Scissors so that each child will have their own materials.
The EXPO Low Odor Dry Erase Markers will replenish the markers that were consumed last school year. Not only will they use your donation on a daily basis, but they will learn organizational skills, at home, to keep our materials user-friendly for years to come.
