Help me give my students, Our Glow Getter Girls group, journals, art supplies, snacks, and small incentives to support their journey in building confidence, leadership, friendship, and self-growth!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The journals will help our girls reflect on their growth and build self-awareness. Art supplies will allow for creative expression during activities that reinforce confidence, kindness, and leadership. Snacks will ensure that students stay energized and engaged after a long school day. Small incentives will celebrate their progress and encourage continued participation.
Our goal is to empower young girls by providing a safe space where they can build confidence, develop leadership skills, and support one another.
Through engaging discussions, hands-on activities, and mentorship, we aim to help each member recognize their inner strength, make positive choices, and become role models in their community.
Our Glow Getter Girls are bright, kind, and full of potential. They are eager to learn, grow, and support each other in becoming strong leaders. Many of them face challenges but continue to push forward with resilience, creativity, and a desire to make a difference. With the right tools and encouragement, they will shine even brighter!
