My Project

One of my main goals as a teacher is to make learning fun. Learning does not come easy to many students and students often dread to come to school. Many students do not enjoy poetry, so by transforming our classroom, it will be such a fun way to make writing and learning poetry fun. Also engaging students want to write more poems and even come to school to have fun! For this project, I want to transform my classroom using blacklights and glow poetry items to be an immersive experience.

When teachers use activities that make learning engaging and fun, students are more willing to participate and take risks.

Having fun while learning also helps students retain information better because the process is enjoyable and memorable. Just a little change to the environment can change the whole mindset of student learning!
