Globes, Maps and Flag Books to Enhance Our World Studies

Help me give my students globes, tabletop maps and world flag book so we can learn more about the world around us.

My Project

My students are curious about the world around them and love hearing fairytales, fiction stories and nonfiction books from different cultures and countries. I will always point out the area we are reading about on the library's wall map, and I often finding them staring at the map in fascination during their library browsing time.

Having globes, tabletop maps and books on world flags would really enhance my students investigations into other countries and cultures, especially as they are drawn to hands-on materials.

These items would also greatly support teaching students about global diversity.
