Unfortunately as budgets tighten the Arts often feel the tightest squeeze.
These high school students study tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern, hip hop, pom and acrobats.
Many of my students spend hours a week in the studio perfecting their technique. This group of ladies is well respected by their peers for their tremendous work ethic and talent. They are perfectionists on the stage as well as in the classroom.
My Project
Our wonderful, supportive parents will make performance-ware using the fabric and rhinestones we are requesting. We need new costumes and together with generous donors and our parental support we are working to make this happen. I would like to give my students every opportunity to excel in the art they are so passionate about.
I am requesting fabric and rhinestones for new costumes to use at community and school performances.
I want the girls to be dressed for success. When they feel good, they perform better. These are such wonderful dancers I want them to appear as professional as the act.
