Glass Menagerie: Deaf Teens Read Before Viewing Live Theatre

My students need 34 copies of "Glass Menagerie" by Tennessee Williams, with a student activity pack.

This project is fully funded

My deaf and hard of hearing students all have the potential to attend college or some other post secondary school after high school graduation. Many of these students come from socio-economically challenging backgrounds.

My students have the opportunity to attend a theater production interpreted into ASL. Students need to read Glass Menagerie prior to attending the live performance.

If each student has their own copy of the book, they are more able to thoroughly read and understand the play prior to the field trip.

You will make it possible for my students to access this classic piece of literature and then my school will have a permanent class set of this play.
