My Students

This project is for our Glam squad at our school. This year we decided to implement different clubs to participate in different career options for our students. The Glam squad is in charge of redesigning bulletin boards, classrooms and conference rooms, to be introduced to different interior design opportunities. Funding can be tricky at my school and we will need your help in funding some of the materials to make this happen.

Being a Title I school, resources are very limited, so it is hard to guarantee the best supplies to help students at our school.

Our students work hard and are extremely motivated, and I want them to have a meaningful career-like experience through Glam squad at our school.

My Project

Our middle school is a Title I school. This year we wanted to provide clubs during the school day to provide the opportunity for students explore different career options.

Glam squad is a great club to expose students to interior design and decorating.

Students sat down with me and we picked out some decor to help redesign our front conference rooms. They felt that the original room and layout is boring and unwelcoming. Together we are going to redesign the room with new decor, painting, and putting new bulletin boards up. The students are excited to experience the work behind redesigning rooms. We took pictures of spaces we wanted to redo, looked for the materials and with your help, hopefully we can set up the room with a brand new look.
