Giving Skills to Students Who May Not Have a Chance

Help me give my students the perfect art supplies to create pieces for an all school art exhibition.

My Project

Our students express themselves through art. Because art has no wrong or right answers, our students with severe cognitive delays don't feel the pressure that accompanies other ways of learning.

We teach kindness through social emotional learning.

I want our students to feel free to use different modalities. Those different mediums like clay,water color (paper), art display supplies which I have requested, will facilitate our schools first Art walk, and Art Show. The snacks will be offered at our show.

Our students are some of the kindest people I have met. They love to share their art with people they love, We show our creations through parades, and wall displays.

I also love to introduce crafts as hobbies to students who are turning 22 and graduating and may not have a job. Maybe the students could use their new found craft to open a pop up shop in their community!
