This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The materials and supplies that our classroom is requesting already have a "home." In other words, I and my students know exactly where everything will go and all the amazing creative things we can use them for. We just need your help in getting everything into our students' hands! The variety of paper, laminating sheets, rubber bands, glue dots, and other supplies of the sort will be used by the students, so that they may create quality academic work. The organizational baskets, containers, and file folders will be placed on the shelves in the back of our classroom and will help the Writer's Workshop process run smoothly from day to day. In addition, to make this learning experience fun for all, the sentence-building game will be used by my special education students who need extra assistance in order to meet the academic standards of their peers with no disabilities. These supplies will help all students to feel included in this journey.
