My Project
We are studying Africa and Asia in social studies this year. It is the first time most of my students have ever heard of most of the places we are investigating. However, some of my students are from countries in Africa and Asia and have only recently arrived in the US. I teach a diverse group kids who are eager to learn.
Learning geography using a globe gives scholars a better view of the world and their place in it.
Social Studies is important because it teaches students how to become contributing members of society. Thanks for your help!
