My Students

"Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game." -Babe Ruth I want my students to have a safe space in which they can keep trying no matter how difficult the material can be. Their classroom supplies should help to make them confident to push themselves.

My students are always active and engaged in the classroom.

They work on lots of individual and group work projects. Fourth grade is a year when kids start becoming more independent. In my classroom, I am teaching students to be self-reliant and organized with their work and supplies. My students are impoverished fourth grade students; who are in an integrated co-teaching classroom. Some students have mild learning or language delays. Other students are new to the country and are learning the English language. The students are hard-working and are always eager to learn more!

My Project

These five iPads will make learning more accessible for all different levels of learners in my classroom. I have many students who are several grade levels behind in reading, writing, and math. I also have students who are more advanced. The apps on the iPads will be an engaging way for these students to practice skills in all subjects at their own levels.

Every donation makes a huge difference and is extremely appreciated!

Every little bit will enable my students to get the most out of their education. They are always so excited to introduce new items to the classroom that can help them learn in a variety of ways.
