Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are passionate, helpful, kind, and eager to learn. I love to share the art of dance with them every single day.

My students do not always have the opportunity to take dance class outside of school.

This program is the only chance some of them have to learn the art of dance. This is our school's third year offering dance, and we are trying to build a program to give every student every chance to be successful. My students make me excited to show up to work, and I hope to be a positive influence on them daily.

My Project

We need a portable speaker so we can be successful in our dance class. It will help us transport our performances to wherever we need to perform. Help me give these students the dance supplies they need to reach their goals. Help support the arts in our schools! We will use this speaker daily and it will enhance our performances in class. Your donation will be greatly appreciated by many students and will reach over 100 students. This is our third year with a dance program and we are still building it. Please consider a donation for our students. Thank you very much!
