My Project

I hope to receive some stand-up desks and stools for my 4th-grade classroom. It is essential to give students a choice of whether to stand or sit while they learn. I have had two stand-up desks in my classroom for the past four years, which are very popular. I have found that many students love to stand rather than sit. Students who stand are more focused, more productive, and fidget less—students also like flexible seating. The stools will allow them to move while they work. The stand-up desks and stools will enable them to sit in their chairs. I'm a teacher who understands that students shouldn't and cannot sit all day without moving. I can't sit all day long! I want my classroom to be an environment where all students can choose to have flexible seating and be comfortable while learning. Please consider donating to my classroom! Thank you so much!
