My students come from many different backgrounds and areas. The one thing they have in common is that they all stay after our regular school day ends, for our aftercare program. My students love doing arts and crafts, and doing new projects on long school days brings them a lot of joy!
My students spend a few hours after school together each day, and they are all passionate about art, crafts, and cooperative games.
Overall, my students are excited about learning, and enjoy engaging with each other and bonding over projects.
My Project
This project will help supply arts and crafts activities and games to keep my students occupied and engaged during their time in Aftercare. The games will encourage team building and help my students get to know each other, as we often have new students joining us. Cooperative games also help support cognitive development.
Our Aftercare program will be enhanced with these supplies, and my students will have an amazing time creating while they spend their afternoons and evenings at school.
My students often have long days here, and I would love to be able for them to have more time to be creative.
