My Project
Nonfiction is not always the flavor that students grab for when they go to the library and try to taste the next new story. It is up to teachers to try to get good and interesting nonfiction into the hands of students, especially in elementary!
These book club options will allow my students to dive into history, science, and autobiographies to have a better understanding of the world around them!
Creating opportunities for kids to talk about true facts and information gives them a base to jump from when tackling other nonfiction reading. Please help me offer a new type of club for my students to get together and share!
