My Project

"I don't like reading, Mrs. M." If I had a quarter for each time I've heard this phrase, I wouldn't need to ask for assistance in helping provide more books for my students! So many students are convinced that they don't like to read simply because it's easier to scroll mindlessly on cell phones than it is to engage their minds in a story line of a book.

Providing my students time to simply read in class has given them the gentle push needed for them to discover if given the right book, they will read for pleasure.

That's where you come in...you can help me in providing my students with multiple opportunities to find the book written just for them!
