"The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go." ~ Dr. Seuss
I teach in an urban school district, where 90% of the students are eligible for free lunch and breakfast.
I teach Pre-K. I have English language learners and general education students in my classroom. In my classroom, you will see controlled chaos. The students learn through the use of centers. Some students may be working with math manipulatives, the pretend and learn center, or in the library to name a few.
For my students field trips is the ultimate experience. The students are excited for riding the big yellow school bus and venturing out of their school. Being in a Title I school, sometimes my students do not get the opportunity to venture out of their neighborhood. School field trips provide students ways to explore new things, and also find a real-world connection to their learning. This year I want my students to have the Ultimate Crayola Experience.
The Ultimate Crayola Experience will give my students the chance to explore art and technology, and get the chance to experience color in a whole new way.
