Give Kids a Much Needed Physical Break!

Help me give my students access to equipment during recess and wobble cushions to help support physical needs in the classroom.

My Project

Kids come to school and work hard through the day. It can be hard for their bodies to sit still and not have the physical outlets they are used to in the summer. We want to provide enough wobble stools and jump ropes, playground balls, and other equipment that all students can have access to something to help them get that physical output during their breaks in the day! We have struggled to have enough equipment for everyone to use, and one a few would have access. By donating, you are helping to provide access to all kids to have this outlet.

Ultimately, this will help them not only in their physical development, but in their learning as well.

When kids have a balance of physical movement in their day, it will help them focus on learning at other parts of the day. It also reinforces ideals of teamwork, sharing and cooperation. It provides balance to help them become all around good humans!
