My Students

There are over 300 students in my school. They all have at least one library lesson each week.

My students are interesting, fun, enthusiastic learners who come from a variety of backgrounds with a huge range of interests and experiences.

My mission is to help foster and continue to strengthen their love for reading and learning. I want to provide them with a multitude of library books and other learning resources that will get them excited about reading and learning!

My Project

Students sit on the floor in the school computer lab for their library/computer lessons. They come into the room full of energy and excited to learn.

All students, especially the youngest ones and those with special needs, benefit from having their own, well-defined space in which to sit during a lesson.

The kids will love having a colorful new rug in the library/technology classroom that provides each person with their own place to sit each time they enter the room! This vibrant, cheerful rug will brighten up our windowless computer lab/classroom space! Our computer lab will become an inviting and welcoming space for our students.
