My Students

In my 5th grade classroom, the students come from diverse backgrounds but they all have one thing in common: They come to school to work hard and achieve the ambitious goals that they set for themselves.

Their dedication to the pursuit of knowledge is truly impressive.

I am so proud of them each and every day! They are enthusiastic and enjoy working on self-driven passion projects.

Whether it be science, English, math or social studies, my students come to school ready to learn.

My Project

Our class would like to have this ASUS laptop so we can complete research projects and visit some of Google’s free online coding activities. We can also use it to code out robots that we are currently building.

The students can work in small groups to complete research projects with this small economically priced laptop.

They can also access Google’s online platform with this laptop. Here the students can learn coding and many other computer science skills through easy self guided tutorials and videos.

While it isn’t fancy, we would love to have this little laptop to increase our technology focus.
