Girls Tennis & Soccer Supplies

My students need tennis supplies, balls and hopper, and soccer supplies.

My Students

We are a 5-8th grade middle school located in rural southeast Kentucky. We are a high poverty school with a very high free-reduced lunch rate. In fact, our district is 100% free lunch due to the high poverty in our area.

Our students participate in a wide variety of extracurricular activities including golf, tennis, soccer, football, basketball, baseball, softball, and academic teams.

Our sports programs are limited in the amount of money they have and usually have to fund raise to compensate and meet the needs of the students.

My Project

This project will supply the girls soccer team and tennis teams with much-needed supplies. They are simple supplies like soccer balls that the girls can use during team practice and in games if needed. There are also tennis balls for the tennis team to use during practice and play. The tennis team will also need a hopper to help quickly pick up and store the tennis balls. There are also a couple girls that need extra items and this project will provide those for the girls to use. These will greatly benefit our teams and allow the coaches to spend their fundraising resources on other items.
