My students are all special needs student that have a moderate to severe intellectual disability. They are middle school students and are in grades 5-8. Each student has a unique skill set and unique needs. Our abilities range greatly but our main goal is to become as independent as we can be. I want my students to learn as much as they can about their world and to be able to do as much as they can possibly do on their own to enhance their quality of life. I work daily to meet their needs and provide them with instruction in living/functional skills and academics.
