This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of our track athletes need to borrow a disc or shot to take home to practice, as there is so little time to work in such a technical sport. During practice, we don't have enough equipment for everyone to achieve mastery in shot put and discus.

This donation of 2 shot puts and a discus, will allow us to help all the throwers to succeed in their skill before and during the season.

Shot put and discus are not streamline sports that many athletes have exposure to, so they really need the right equipment to practice and succeed.
