My Project
Our project aims to enhance the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program in our school by implementing a reward system that utilizes gift cards for students and their families. By providing tangible incentives, such as gift cards for educational resources, books, or essential supplies, we aim to positively impact student learning and motivation. These gift cards serve as a powerful tool to reinforce desired behaviors, academic achievements, and overall positive contributions to the school community. By connecting tangible rewards to academic success and positive behavior, we believe we can create a supportive environment that not only encourages students to excel but also fosters a sense of accomplishment and pride in their achievements.
