The state requires the gifted classroom to be visibly different from the regular education classes. Also, during the covid pandemic, we learned a lot about the SEL needs of students and staff in schools. For the past 5 years, my students and coworkers have enjoyed a zen and welcoming space in my classroom, and it is largely because of the creativity space's pop-up tent and lights. This year they have both started to give out. The tent is taped and jutting out in certain spaces, and half of the lights no longer work. I would love to purchase a new tent and lights before this one falls permanently.
