Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
As kindergartners, the classroom provides an arena in which to explore, imagine, and learn. Our students love to learn new things and are excited about opportunities for hands-on interactive learning experiences. My students love to be challenged through intervention stations and centers.
Opportunities, where each child is able to choose fun games or projects that help to assess their knowledge in an interactive manner, keep them excited about learning.
I would love the opportunity to nurture these sentiments through the addition of these supplies so that our children have the means and the opportunity to flourish within their educational careers.
My Project
These flash cards allow my students to think outside of the box and explore concepts that go outside of the traditional learning they would get in the classroom. These flash cards include concepts on social and emotional learning, math concepts, following rules, spacial awareness, and so much more. I really believe that these flash cards will allow me to challenge my students who are preparing to go into the gifted program and most importantly, be successful once they get there! My students will excel with this resource and take their minds to new heights as we practice these new and exciting concepts.
