My amazing students live in a rural area, and more than half survive below the poverty line. My classroom is an inclusion class. This means that I teach students with disabilities along with their typically developing peers.
I learn as much from my students as they learn from me.
Despite the challenges my students face from learning difficulties, poverty, and living in the heart of the opioid crisis, they continue to have good attitudes. They are eager to learn. I want to fill their space with the tools that help them to have the same opportunities as children in more prominent areas. My students deserve every advantage.
Get Your Teach On is a phenomenal professional development conference that promises to reignite the passion that teachers have for teaching.
Teachers should be inspired so that they can inspire their students.
Get Your Teach ON has a plethora of amazing speakers who share skills, strategies, and ideas. They renew a teacher's love of their craft by celebrating them and what they do. This conference put on by GYTO in Charlotte has brand new content and promises to impress its guests. I want to be a part of this. I am familiar with all of the speakers and I can't wait to get my teach on!
