it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My goal as a special education teacher is to create opportunities for hands-on learning. A project I would like to fund is a Cricut machine to incorporate into the classroom space.
This innovative tool would allow my students to explore their artistic skills and participate in various projects, from personalized crafts to educational materials.
This project will increase creativity at school. The Cricut machine will allow students to create custom designs, encouraging them to express their creativity and individuality.
The machine will also promote collaboration. Students will work together on projects, strengthening their teamwork and communication skills. A few activities they will be able to do with this Cricut is artistic designs for projects, posters, cutouts, shirts, and stickers.
This class request also brings a new form of technology into our learning space. Students will learn about design, crafts, and digital literacy skills as they create their own projects. By implementing the Cricut, is provides for a new way for special education students to get involved through hands-on activities.
