Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting a variety of items to help better serve my students! I'm asking for mostly creative items like new crayons, colored pencils, markers, and regular pencils, to help engage students in more hands-on and project-based learning. My goal is to get students back into using their creativity to show what they've learned in class instead of defaulting to plain Slides presentations! I'm also asking for additional resources to supplement my newest class, Behavioral Economics such as two new texts for my own learning and a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card to find tried-and-true lessons and activities for my students!
These resources will help all of my students, across all of my courses, and all of the grade levels that I serve!
I'm looking forward to finding new ways to reengage students with social studies in all of my classes and I am excited for all of these new materials to help me do so!
