Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
By donating to this project my students will have a comfortable place in our classroom to get cozy and read a good book. My students are bright, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. Our classroom is an environment where students are safe, comfortable, and loved. Our classroom is part of the Dual Language Program. We recognize the importance of bilingualism and want to support students throughout their journey as developing bilinguals.
Making reading fun and appealing at a young age will set up my students for a lifetime of success.
My hope is to make reading fun and exciting for
my students which is why flexible seating would be perfect to create a cozy reading corner in our classroom.
