As a part of the Dual Language Program, my students spend half of the day learning in English and the other half is instructed in Spanish. They switch classrooms throughout the day and need support with organizing their materials. The reading totes will be very helpful for students to manage their reading supplies as they switch between classrooms. The whisper phones will help students improve their reading skills. Students will be able to hear themselves as they read aloud. Both of these tools will be beneficial for students as they become independent readers. The reading totes and whisper phones will be very valuable so that my students can flaunt their bilingual superpowers!
