Getting Comfy and Cozy in the Reading Corner

Help me give my students flexible seating which will be used for reading and writing. This will enhance their creativity and also provide a safe environment.

My Students

I work for a Title I school. Although many of my students are low-income, they are very energic to learn. Many have dreams of being doctors, engineers, you- tubers, etc. They have such big hearts and work very hard to maintain their grades. I would love to see all of them to become successful and follow their dreams. I have already instilled in them they can become anything if they put their mind to it. They understand it's hard work, but the results are rewarding. Thank you in advance for your donations.

My Project

We are requesting beanbag seats and balance ball seats. Flexible seating allows students to be in control of their learning environment and make smart choices. While working independently, having different options in the classroom will work better for them. Currently my students are using desks provided by our school, laying on the floor, or using my teacher table. I would like for my students to be able to move around more within the classroom, so they are more engaged, and work more cohesively with each other.

The products selected will allow them to sit comfortably around my table during small group, and also to have the option to sit at their desk.

The bean bags will allow for more comfortable seating, especially if a students needs some alone time.
