Help me give my students alternate seating options to help them with their unique sensory needs.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Walsh's classroom raised $258
This project is fully funded
Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I am a special education teacher in a low-income, high-poverty school district. I work alongside wonderful students who are English language learners, students with special needs, as well as students with sensory challenges. All of these students come from various ethnic backgrounds.
My Project
My students have a variety of sensory needs and having access to different seating will help them in supporting their various needs to allow them to be successful.
With these sensory materials, my students will have more varied seating options and to help them with self-regulation skills.
The alternate seating options in this project will help my students continue to learn, grow, and be successful.
Please consider donating to this project to help my students get back into the SWING of things! Thank you greatly in advance for your support.
