Getting Active and Learning About Teamwork!

Help me give my students recess equipment. My students love to play sports. The soccer balls, footballs, volley ball, rubber balls, and basketballs will teach teamwork and coordination. The jump rope will help students be more active.

My Project

My students have come from the covid Era. They have had a hard time learning about communication, cooperation, and teamwork. By having different sports equipment, I will be able to teach my students how to cooperate with one another on a team. I would love to teach them how to play fairly and lose or win graciously with the different types of balls being requested.

I have seen my students interact and work together better in the classroom after they have learned to play outside during recess.

It has increased my instruction time when I do not have to solve problems or issues they had during recess. When they are active and learning there is less time to cause problems.
