I have the privilege of teaching students in every grade level in my school. Through my technology lab, we use technology in a way that enhances the curriculum and allows students hands-on application.
My students are filled with energy and are so hungry to learn.
They come in to my Tech Lab in great anticipation to discover the great things that we will work on! They soak in information and get so excited about knowledge. I teach in a Title I school which contains low income families. Every student in my school receives free breakfast and lunch. I take each opportunity to provide my students with the best experiences possible.
My Project
I am always looking for ways to improve as an educator. This particular conference excites me because it's not your "typical"conference. Educators from around the world are coming together to share how they keep their students engaged in the 21st century. School is supposed to be an exciting place to be. I want to make sure that, that statement rings true for my classroom. This conference will help me ensure that my students are receiving the highest quality education.
The GYTO conference will give me engaging ways to amp up my instruction.
I am looking forward to gaining a WEALTH of knowledge and tools at the conference.
