My Project
Students are engaged in gaming and competition in this generation. After a long Summer, they get bored quickly in school-related tasks.
The basketball hoop and white board and markers will increase learning and on-task behavior.
For example, As students complete a task correctly they can shoot a basket. If they MAKE it then they can make a choice- add an “x” to their team or erase an “x” from another team. The goal is to be the team with the MOST “x” marks at the end of the game. Students work on problems and continue adding and erasing “x” marks until the end of the time! I am so excited to use this with my students this year and I encourage you to donate to making learning more fun!
