My Students
This year will be an exciting and nervous time for students. I am a special education teacher and want to give the students at my school something to look forward to when they return.
My school serves students from kindergarten through eighth grade.
I teach Learning Support to Kindergarten through fifth grade. We are a Title I school and all our students are eligible to receive free lunch. The students in this school are hardworking and eager to learn.
Since I am new to the school, I would love to help improve their learning environment and give students something to look forward to.
My Project
My students are returning to school next week and need a way to organize and publish their writing. Students get so excited to see their work on display and having pens, pencils, folders, and ink will help them write their drafts and give them their own place to store their work.
Students are so proud when they finish their writing.
They don't also love the writing process and making edits, but they are definitely proud when they get to print out their work and put it on display in our class. They also like to have publishing parties were they read their work to their classmates.
