This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My classroom is a place students come to learn and grow. As a teacher my job is to provide them with the best education. School is often their safe place and I love to have them come and enjoy themselves at school. A good run classroom is organized yet chaotic but I know my students enjoy learning.

A little more about my students... My students live in a poverty stricken neighborhood where school is a way out for them.

We have a lot of families that work with us and help us to educate their children. Then we have families that it a struggle for. My students fight against the struggles no matter what they may be. They come to school each and everyday to learn. As their teacher I not only teach them but I grow to love each and everyone of them. I try to make the classroom a great environment so they can enjoy coming to school.

My Project

If my classroom receives the materials, they will help my students and myself to stay more organized. Our desk often get messy and we always have extra supplies at the beginning. If my students get these storage containers, it will give them their very own place to store their unused items. The students will be able to utilize the storage as often as possible and it will make for a cleaner, neater classroom.

My project will make a difference because it will prepare the students to become more mature.

They will learn to organize their materials better and have clean working spaces for themselves.
