Let’s get those wiggles out ! Flexible wobble chairs allow students who have high energy or a need for sensory input to move. With bodies actively and quietly moving by using the wobble chair their minds remain engaged, which is a win win for learning.
Many of my students who need movement currently kneel on their chairs or push their chairs out past their desks which then becomes a safety concern.
These chairs allow safe movement and safety of all students who are walking behind student desks as chairs legs won’t be sticking out.
The wobble chairs that have been selected are also moveable and will allow for flexible seating. This is also beneficial if a child chooses to work in another area of the room. They can move their chair to that part of the room and be supported in their movement needs.
