My Students

I teach sixth, seventh, and eighth-grade band! My students are immensely excited about being in band!

My students are passionate, eager, and exceptional learners.

They are some of the most caring and open students I have ever witnessed.

These students work incredibly hard each and every day to become the best musicians that they can. We work on skills that are about so much more than music. My class teaches valuable life skills that will enhance learning beyond just my room!

My Project

Our students are in need of a few more tubas for use in band classes and we would also like to be able to mount those tubas onto the wall when they aren't being used so that they can stay off of the floor and we can utilize that floor space for more chairs and stands so that more students can be in band!

We are seeking help in purchasing a director's podium for our conductor, as well as a few new tubas and wall mounts to make our classroom and rehearsal space more organized!

The tubas from Tuba Exchange are very middle school friendly and the double podium from the Wenger Corp is very durable and will last a VERY long time in our school!
