My Students
My 15 energetic kindergarten students are ready for a successful school year in person. The best way of doing that is by providing them with different technology to use throughout the day. We do many activities throughout the day and try to reach all the students' different learning styles. "The beautiful thing about learning is that no one can take it away from you." -B.B. King
My students' learning styles and needs are as diverse as their backgrounds, but they all have the yearning to be successful.
Many families of our school have been in the school district for generations. I myself went to this school as a student and I am now teaching in it.
My Project
My students like to be creative and have fun learning with hands-on manipulatives. They can use the magnetic ten frames to practice working on concepts like making ten, adding, and showing numerals. The pop-it fidgets and game can be used in small groups to help students stay focused on learning while counting, subtracting, and adding numbers.
Donations to this project will help my students be creative, stay focused, and have fun while learning Math.
The creativity with the play-doh, play foam, and pointers will help students with one-to-one correspondence, counting, and other math topics. The students are able to make shapes, balls, etc and use them for all different math topics.
