Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are young children who are enthusiastic learners and are in a preschool special education setting. I love seeing how my students are curious and explore their surroundings at their own pace. I love the different ways they use their creativity to problem solve. More than anything, I love seeing how eager they are to come to school to learn and play!
My Project
My students feel empowered every time they dance and sing along to nursery rhymes or freeze dance songs. Your donation will strengthen my students' attention, gross motor skills, and physical coordination while having fun. My students have moderate to severe needs and music will support them to shake their sillies out or just simply relax when they are having a difficult time.
My students enjoy music to the max and it's a way that we connect with each other.
We will use the speaker during our outdoor play and music and movement times.
