My Students

What I love about students , no matter how high I set the bar for the standard in the weight room. They always reach it. No matter what the case is, even they might not think they can achieve it first, give them couple weeks and they will destroy the standard you have given to them. They have allowed me to grow so much as a teacher and coach. Each day they give me a reason to come to work to give them my all as they do in our weight room.

My Project

Our students can easily do chins up with the weight dip belts are students will be able to add weight to their bodyweight exercises. The body can adapt to the stress placed on it so only way to get strong on our body weight exercises is to add weight and at the moment we can not add weight. We don't have access to weight belts.

The blue mats will be able to use for countless exercises and will be able to move in side, gym to gym or outside.

Will help us spread out and the mats can be able uses on such exercises from half kneeling movements to use for our knees or elbows for different exercises.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
