My Project

We love to get students reading at our High School! Our school has a long history of competing in Battle of the Books, where book lovers gather to answer trivia questions about the list of books they've been reading since the start of each school year.

This project will jettison our 2024-25 Battle of the Books team to success by providing copies of the books to be housed in our library, where they will also be available to check out to our student body of nearly 900 students, plus our full staff of over 90 adults.

While our library already has copies of four of the ten required titles, this upcoming school year's missing titles range from Every Falling Star, a memoir about escape from North Korea, to Let the Sky Fall, a supernatural Young Adult romance. There are books available for every type of reader and our library wants to set our BoB team up for success, while also making more great books available to our readers.
