My Students

My students attend a continuation school in a high-crime area. Most of them are from low-income households. Many of them have lots of drama in their lives and their lack of motivation in the past has contributed to limited academic success.

Interesting activities often spark a renewed interest in education that puts them on the right path for a successful life.

They really appreciate being able to do special activities that usually only the comprehensive school sites that they came from are able to fund.

My Project

Great people in the great outdoors. I want my students to rub shoulders with adults who balance being responsible with enjoying life and appreciating our natural resources. Students want to get out and go fishing and they long to spend quality time with adults.

If you provide them the tools, I will hook them up with good role models.

Let's get them off their phones and get them on the water. Wholesome, healthy interactions with quality people in a great setting can provide the atmosphere and motivation for youth to develop character and learn how to achieve balance in life.
