This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My goal for the 2022-2023 school year is to make sure that my students know that learning is not just taking notes in a journal. Learning is playing math games. Learning is showing your thinking on a whiteboard. Learning is playing a new game at recess. Learning looks different for everyone. In my project, I am requesting games for students to socialize with each other outside of class time. I added class rewards to incentivize students and teacher stamps so I am able to provide positive affirmations on their assignments! Students will use these supplies requested during math time in whole group and small group.

These donations will contribute in the success and happiness of my students this year because a classroom isn't just for learning, its for growing as a person.
