Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a PE and Wellness teacher I am looking to start an after school golf club. I already have golf clubs for my students to use, but with a net, mat and golf launch monitor, and simulators students can learn individual swings and grow the sport of golf.
My goals for this project is to have students join this club and stay after school to grow and learn the sport of golf.
My students have an interest in learning new sports, and at the high school level there are golf teams.
I would like to introduce golf at an early age. Help me broaden my students' minds with a new skill.
