My Project
My students are awesome little people. They come from some very unfortunate home lives, so many of them come to school to be loved. Not only do I teach them academics, but I am constantly teaching life skills as well. One of these life skills is organization and simply taking care of supplies. I work really hard all year long teaching them how to organize and take care of the 1000s of math manipulatives we have. This has become a challenge, because we don't have enough storage containers to hold all of our math centers. These math centers are so, so important because they allow student's to take a hands on approach to learning.
