My Project
Our young adult students are looking for ways to be more active. Exercise and physical activities get them up out of their seats and moving. Sports are a great way for them to be more active and to have fun away from their screens.
Sports equipment for some of their favorite activities can get these young adults moving! They like to get outside and move when they have a fun activity to do. Badminton and other sports activities are skills they can learn to become more active. Learning these new skills gives them more opportunities to stay fit and healthy.
