Young Special Needs Adults will learn real world job skills and gain vocational experience by running a cafe on our large high school campus. Students learn to take orders from customers, cook food orders, work with money, make deliveries, take inventory and shop for supplies. By donating to our classroom program you provide young special needs adults with crucial real-life job skills that can help them be productive adults all their lives. We need cafe materials and safety supplies to complete our cafe set up: floor mats, shelf paper, signs for menus, dish towels and cooking equipment. The students learn best from practical hands on experience and can use their skills all through their lives.
